Eric Bailleux founded Energy and Business Consulting at the beginning of 2005
after having worked for over 3 years in various law firms in Brussels and London
and over 8 years as in-house lawyer and, after having completed an MBA,
as project co-ordinator for PetroFina (later: Total) and Fluxys, the Belgian TSO.

E&B Consulting was set up as limited liability company with a lean structure
but serving as a platform for multi-disciplinary advice and support through
its various specialised and experienced partners.

Egssis is a privileged partner for all operational and IT related advice and solutions.
